Rules for Dogs on Walks

Dogs are not allowed on coach walks but may be allowed on car walks, providing the owner uses their own car, subject to the following rules:-

1) It is at the walk leader's discretion to allow dogs on their walk.

2) A total of two dogs will be the maximum allowed on a walk.

3) If you intend taking a dog you must contact the walk leader for permission.

4) Only one dog per person will be allowed.

5) A lead should be used at all times.

6) Leads must be a fixed length of no more than 2 metres. Extendable leads are not permitted.

7) Owners should clean up after their dogs.

If the Walk Leader has described the walk as "Dog Friendly", you do not need to seek permission.
